Refund Policy
Last updated September 25, 2026
In short: if you bought a code on our website and haven’t redeemed it yet, you can get a refund within 7 days of paying. We refund in the same stablecoin, minus the network fee.
1. What can be refunded
- Unredeemed website codes: a full refund of the price you paid if you ask within 7 days of your payment being confirmed and the code hasn’t been redeemed. The code is cancelled when we refund it.
- Overpayments: if you sent more than the amount due, we refund the difference on request.
- Unfinished payments: if you paid only part of an order and don’t want to complete it, we refund what you sent on request.
2. What can’t be refunded
- Passes that have been added to an account: codes that have been redeemed, and passes bought inside the app, which are added as soon as the payment is confirmed.
- Requests made more than 7 days after the payment was confirmed.
- Coins sent on the wrong network, in the wrong coin, or to a wrong address. We will try to help, but these funds may be impossible to recover.
If Berry was seriously unavailable to you through our fault, write to us anyway. We look at every case and may offer a refund or extra Premium time at our discretion. This policy doesn’t limit any rights you have under consumer law that can’t be excluded.
3. How to ask for a refund
- Email support@berryvpn.app with the subject “Refund”.
- Include your receipt link (the order page address, including the part after
#) or your redeem code. - Give a wallet address that can receive the same coin on the same network you paid with.
We aim to reply within 2 business days and to send approved refunds within 7 business days. Refunds are paid in the same stablecoin, for the US-dollar amount you paid, minus the network fee for sending it.
4. App store purchases
If we ever sell passes through Google Play or another app store, those purchases follow that store’s refund rules.
